Wellness Check
The more you know about your personal health status, the more prepared you can be to prevent certain illnesses, injuries, conditions or to simply maintain your health. Baylor provides you with this service in several ways.
Wellness Plan
Women who stay active both physically and mentally can reap a host of health benefitsfrom increased bone density and reduced body fat to a lowered risk of heart disease and easier pregnancies and deliveries. Regular exercise also makes getting back in shape after delivery easier and can make the transition to menopause less stressful.
Baylor offers fitness programs for women of all fitness levels at our three fitness centers.
