The following self-evaluation test will help you determine if you have symptoms that may need medical attention. Review each symptom listed below and mark if you experience the symptom never, sometimes, or always when you have a headache.
If you answered sometimes or always to at least two pain symptoms, at least one of the associated symptoms, and have had five or more bad headaches (lasting between four and 72 hours) you may be having migraines.
Please visit your physician to review your treatment options. For a referral to a physician on the Baylor Plano medical staff who can help, click here.
This test is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis and treatment management. If you have any concerns regarding your health, seek professional medical advice.
