If you have an interest in joining our medical staff, please initiate the process by filling out the BHCS Initial Application Request Form and fax or email it to Centralized Verification Services. Baylor Medical Center at McKinney and its team of physician leaders have been working to establish a culture focused on what is most important – patient safety and quality.

If you have an interest in joining our medical staff, please initiate the process by filling out the BHCS Initial Application Form and fax or email it to Centralized Verification Services. The fax number is 214.820.6358 or email to medstaffservices@baylorhealth.edu. This helps our team gauge the resource levels needed to process the amount of applications we are getting in a timely manner. 

Subsequent to that, our Centralized Verification Services (CVS) team will send you the packet to complete for privileges.  Once that packet is returned, it should take 90-120 days to process before sending it to Credentials Committee and Medical Executive Committee. Also, if you know of a colleague who is interested in joining the medical staff, please spread the word.
