Baylor Garland's Nightengale Program is looking for compassionate retired nurses who want to continue to share their time and talents. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for retired RNs to use their professional expertise by providing care to patients and their families. Adult Program - For adults 18 and older
We invite you to join us as a volunteer at Baylor Garland. Once we receive your request to volunteer, we will call you to schedule an interview. This will allow us to get to know you and learn about your interests, skills, and availability. We'll also have the opportunity to tell you more about our programs and what areas are a good fit for your experience and skills.

Junior Program (Summer Only) - Volunteers between ages 14 and 17
During the summer break, high school students can volunteer at Baylor facilities. Volunteering provides a wonderful opportunity for career exploration, as well as fulfillment of community service requirements.
