• Baylor Medical Center at Carrollton received the 2007 Texas Healthcare Quality Improvement Award of Excellence from the Texas Medical Foundation Health Quality Institute, the Medicare Quality Improvement organization for Texas.
  
• Baylor Carrollton's Weight Loss Surgery Program is certified as a Center of Excellence in Bariatric Surgery by the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS). The ASMBS Center of Excellence designation recognizes surgical programs with a demonstrated track record of favorable outcomes in bariatric surgery.
  
• Baylor Carrollton has been designated as a Blue Distinction Center for Bariatric Surgery by the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Companies. This designation is awarded to facilities that provide distinguished clinical care and processes and is based on rigorous, evidence-based selection criteria established by leading medical specialists and societies.
  
• Baylor Carrollton has been designated as an Aetna Institute of Quality for Bariatric Surgery. Aetna designates hospitals and facilities in the Aetna network as “Institutes of Quality” based on an evaluation of the clinical performance and overall value of the designated service.

• A full-service hospital providing comprehensive diagnostic, surgical, inpatient and outpatient care.
• 24-hour emergency services staffed by board-certified physicians specializing in emergency medicine, and the FastTrack ER for minor emergencies.
• Asthma Center and Pulmonary Function Lab equipped to provide diagnostic services to all ages from infant to adulthood.
• "Mother and Child" maternity program, featuring sophisticated delivery suites and home-like LDR (labor/delivery/recovery) rooms, averaging more than 2,000 deliveries per year. This program also includes peri-natal classes to prepare families for the new baby.
• Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery staffed by board-certified obstetricians, pediatricians, neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners to provide around-the-clock care for premature and high-risk infants.
• Fertility Services featuring board-certified gynecologists and reproductive endocrinologists trained in some of the most progressive procedures, including in-vitro fertilization (IVF). An IVF lab is also on campus.
• Baylor Carrollton's Women's Imaging Services offers comprehensive screening, preventive and diagnostic breast services in Carrollton, Lewisville and Flower Mound
