The American College of Surgeons’ Commission on Cancer (CoC) has granted three-year accreditation to the cancer program at Baylor Carrollton. Baylor Carrollton’s Non-invasive Cardiovascular Lab has been granted a three-year term of accreditation in adult transthoracic echocardiography – an important heart imaging procedure – by the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC). Accreditation by the IAC means that the Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Lab has undergone a thorough review of its operational and technical components by a panel of experts.
