Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation Support Groups & Events

Support, Challenge, Inspire!

Support, Challenge, and Inspire (SCI) is a community outreach support program for anyone living with or dealing with the adjustments in life due to spinal cord injury. This support group meets monthly and covers a range of topics from returning to work and school, to traveling, to recreational activities and much more. SCI is open to anyone impacted by spinal cord injury.

Typically, the SCI group meets at 6:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of every month at Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation (909 North Washington Ave., Dallas, 75246).  However, meeting time and location may change depending on topic or activity.

Please contact  Lea Stewart for more details about SCI meetings, to receive notifications about our gatherings and events, or if you have any questions, at or 214.820.9578.

Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation will host a support group meeting for people who have experienced a traumatic brain injury. This group meets on the first Tuesday of each month from 2-3 p.m. at Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation.  For more information, please call 214.820.9571 or email Karen O'Hearn.
