Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation Dallas - Carroll Avenue 

The skilled therapists at the Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation Outpatient Services clinic in Dallas on N. Carroll Avenue offer a variety of therapy services for patients suffering from physical conditions related to aging, gender, illness and injury.

We specialize in sports rehabilitation, conditioning and return to activity for a multitude of sports injuries. We offer many sports-specific applications including unique and different surfaces for training as well as throwing activities utilizing a netted area. Our services are provided by sports and orthopedic specialists to help transition the athlete from injury to full return to sport.

Clinic Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Our Staff

Center Manager/Physical Therapist:
Jared Gillespie, PT, DPT, SCS
Jared received his bachelor’s in exercise science from the University of Kansas and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center. Jared is a board-certified clinical specialist in sports physical therapy, is involved in ACL prevention program and is part of the concussion management team. His clinical interests include sports rehabilitation, post-surgical rehabilitation, and injury prevention of the athlete. 
 
Physical Therapist: Jason Wishin, Sr., PT, DPT, CSCS
Jason graduated from Barry University with a master’s in exercise science before earning his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UT Southwestern Medical Center. Jason, a college baseball pitcher, has earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and worked as a strength and conditioning coach for the Washington Nationals. His clinical interests include orthopedics, sports medicine and athletes of all disciplines.

Physical Therapist: Jessica Wulke, PT, DPT, CSCS
Jessica received her B.S. in integrated physiology and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, both from the University of Iowa. Jessica is a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy, a certified strength and conditioning specialist and has attended multiple sports-related continuing education courses specifically for football and baseball players. She has clinical interests in sports medicine that include treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions including disorders of ankle/foot, running injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation.
 
Physical Therapist: Timothy Schuckers, PT, DPT, OCS
After serving in the U.S. Army, Tim received a B.S. degree in kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the UT Southwestern Medical Center. Tim was subsequently accepted into a highly competitive orthopedic residency program at UT Southwestern. He is a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy with plans to pursue a manual therapy certification in the near future. Tim’s clinical interests include endurance sports, shoulder injuries and spine rehabilitation.
