Are You Sleeping?
For millions of Americans, a good night's sleep is more than just hard to come by - it's impossible. If you find yourself waking up tired or feeling drowsy throughout your day on a regular basis, you could have a sleep disorder. The most common sleep disorders include:
- Insomnia - Difficulty falliing or staying asleep
- Narcolepsy - Inability to stay awake during the day, often includes falling asleep at inappropriate times
- Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS) - A tingling senation in the lower limbs that interferes with sleep
- Sleep Apnea - Difficulty breathing while sleeping, caused by your airway closing
