  • We’ve put a priority on patient communications, so we can meet your needs and answer your questions as quickly as possible.
  • We invite our patients to be members of the care team, so they are involved in every step of their care and in every medical decision about their care.
  • We follow our patients home with CARE phone calls, so patients have a safe transition from hospital to home and continue in the healing process to the best possible outcome.

And to make sure we stay on the right path, volunteer patients and family members join our team. Their ideas and suggestions influence our decisions and help us shape the processes that will ensure our patients stay at the center of everything we do.
