(FORT WORTH, Texas, May 19, 2009) – Baylor All Saints Medical Center at Fort Worth and Baylor Medical Center at Southwest Fort Worth have received a 3-year accreditation from The Joint Commission. On January 13, The Joint Commission arrived, unannounced, for their tri-annual review of our compliance. The survey team measured the hospitals’ compliance with over 270 standards. Baylor Fort Worth and Baylor Southwest were one of the first hospitals in the nation to undergo the new Joint Commission survey process.

The not-for-profit Baylor All Saints Medical Center at Fort Worth and Baylor Medical Center at Southwest Fort Worth serve more than 100,000 people annually through two hospitals, numerous primary care physician centers and practices, a rehabilitation and fitness center, and a variety of medical specialties.
